Response 10-12-2024

1. No cultural centres, as defined by you, have been identified as containing RAAC.

2. Moray Council only has information in relation to the properties that it owns. In 2024 the Elgin Community Centre closed. The property was closed as part of the management of Moray Council’s budget.

3. Moray Council is not aware of any centres within its ownership which are due to close before the end of this financial year.
