4.  How many blue badge holder spaces were constructed in Moray in the last year? How many are planned for construction? Please provide a breakdown of both figures for disabled person’s parking spaces (personal) and enforceable parking spaces.

5. How much revenue did Moray Council receive from any car parking charges in the last financial year?

Clarification sought and received 19-11-2024:

By 'disabled person's parking spaces (personal) and enforceable parking spaces' I mean disabled parking bays outside disabled people's residences (often at the request of the resident) and more publicly used disabled parking spaces (e.g. in a car park, on a high street but not at the request of a disabled resident) respectively.
