FOI Request - Potholes and Successful Compensation Claims

I would like to know the five potholes which have prompted the highest number of successful compensation claims against the council from January 2021 to date.
If possible I would like the information to be broken down with the location of the pothole, the number of claims and the amount of compensation paid.
