FOI Request - Camera Locations

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

1. All locations, if possible longitude and latitude, of every
a) ANPR,
b) Traffic camera,
c) Speed camera and/or
d) any other CCTV camera

The requested information is exempt under section 34(1) 'Investigations by Scottish public authorities and proceedings arising out of such investigations'. It is not in the public interest for detailed knowledge to be published as that could negatively impact the lives and properties of residents of Moray.
