FOI Request - Communicatio between Council and COSLA

I am writing to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. I would like to request information regarding workforce planning discussions between COSLA and your council in relation to teacher numbers and recruitment.

Specifically, I am requesting the following:

1. The dates and details of the last three meetings held between COSLA and your council concerning workforce planning, particularly in relation to teacher numbers and recruitment.

2. Any associated documents, reports, meeting minutes, emails, or other communications related to these workforce planning discussions.

3. An outline of the process by which these workforce planning discussions are conducted, including the meeting format, frequency of such meetings, and the key stakeholders or departments involved.

I would like this information to cover the period from January 1, 2022 to the present.

We can confirm that Section 17 of FOISA, information not held, is applicable. This is because the Council would not have held meetings specifically about workforce planning with COSLA, as that is outwith the Council's working relationship with COSLA.
