Are you able to provide the following information for the financial year 2023/24?

1.  In 2023/24, did your local authority operate Decriminalised Parking Enforcement?

If so, can you please tell me the number of Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued in 2023/24?

And also the revenue generated by these PCNs in the period?

2.   In the year 2023/24, did your local authority area enforce the new pavement parking ban (the section of the Transport Scotland Act 2019 which bans pavement parking, double parking and parking at dropped kerbs)?

If so can you tell me how many PCNS were issued for breaches of the pavement parking ban in 2023/24? (I assume this number will be a subset of the overall PCNs issued)

And also the revenue generated in 2023/24 by these pavement parking PCNs?

3.  Can you please tell me the revenue raised by the council from parking fees in the year 2023/24? ie car-park charges, pay & display etc
