1. Do you utilise international recruitment for your health & social care staffing? Please include all domiciliary care staffing supplied by your council. Nurses, Carers, Support Workers and Social Workers.

2. If yes to 1, how many staff members have been employed from overseas in 2024? Break down into speciality.

1. & 2. We do not have international recruitment as we do not recruit directly from overseas. 

We do however offer Certificate of Sponsorship for those in the country that already have a visa. The number of members of staff in the Social Care Assistence Team and in Social Work who fall under this are less than five. Due to the low numbers involved this information is exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information. 

3. We do not have one specific person who would be appropriate for this.

4. We do not have a budget for this.
