d. Salary of head of Human Resources
e. Proportion of wage expense on:
i. Financial staff
ii. Call/contact centre staff
iii. Administrational/Clerical/Secretarial staff
iv. IT/Telecommunications staff
v. Human resources staff
f. Total expense on DEI/EDI training

2.  At beginning of each calendar and financial year from 2000 to present, total headcount of:
a. Human Resources staff
b. Financial staff
c. Call/contact centre staff
d. Administrational/clerical/secretarial staff
e. IT/Telecommunications staff

WTE = Whole-time equivalent/full-time equivalent
