FOI Request - Byelaws with respect to accommodation for Seasonal Workers

1.  An indication if byelaws passed in accordance with Section 315 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 with respect to seasonal worker accommodation apply in the local authority area.

2.  A copy of any such byelaws applicable in the local authority area.

1. There have never been byelaws passed in Moray for seasonal workers in accordance with Section 315 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987.
