FOI Request - Council House Developments

I would like to request, under freedom of information, a list of all Council house developments that have started construction, been completed or been awarded a contract in each of the last five years financial years (inclusive of 2024/25).
As part of the request I would be grateful if you could provide me with the total number of homes in each development and the total cost of the development.

Information about developments currently on site is published and available on the Moray Council website and is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. Please note, information on the cost of the developments is considered commercially sensitive. Disclosure of the requested information could substantially prejudice commercial interests and so it is exempt under section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, commercial interests. It is not believed to be in the public interest for this information to be publicly known, as this could ultimately lead to higher prices.
