I am looking to find out any information that you may have on a missing shares scheme/scheme of assistance.

1. Do you operate a missing shares scheme where a majority approval has been reached by homeowners?
a) If so, what is the minimum/maximum share considered (per homeowner)?
b) And is there any extra charge/interest to homeowners if you do cover their share?

2. I would also appreciate if you had a) any factsheets and/or guidance forms if these can be passed on, as well as b) any contact details for a specific person/department that deals with the missing shares scheme.

3. If a missing shares scheme is not in place, do you offer any other grants/funding for private homeowners within the area?

1.  No, we do not operate a Missing Shares Scheme, however we do operate a Common Repair procedure
