1.  Is the council now or was it ever obligated to provide a minimum quantity of waste for incineration?

2.  If so, please provide a breakdown of when the council has failed to meet that obligation over the past five years.

3.  Please provide a breakdown of any financial restitution the council has made to waste operators due to failing to meet its obligation to provide a minimum quantity of waste for incineration?

1.  Moray Council is part of an Inter Authority Agreement with Aberdeenshire & Aberdeen City Councils in which we share the NESS EfW in Aberdeen. The 3 authorities have a combined minimum tonnage of 100,000tpa.

2.  Not applicable. Minimum tonnage has been achieved.
