1.  Total number of care workers directly or indirectly employed by your council as of 1 October 2024

2.  Annually, from 2015 to present, the number of care workers directly or indirectly employed by your council who resigned or otherwise left their role, and the percentage of that year’s total workforce they represented.

3.  As of 1 October 2024, please provide a breakdown of the percentage of care workers directly or indirectly employed by your council by years in role (e.g. 1 year 400, 2 year 300, 3 years 170, 4 years 86 etc.)
