1.  Can the council confirm which electronic IT housing management solution(s) is used to process homelessness applications, rent accounts and manage council owned housing stock?

2.  When a household has a homelessness need, what IT systems are used to source property availability from private property agents or landlords? Many LA’s are using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, Docusign and traditional telephone ring-rounds to place people is this the case?

Moray Council does not use a specific website to source property.  We will sign post and provide contact details to customers to local letting agents websites plus sites such as Spareroom.co.uk, Zoopla, etc.  We have built relationships with our local letting agents, however private lets are in short supply across the Moray area.
