Using the metric of total energy used annually in kWh against the gross internal floor area (kWh/M2/Year) to calculate the 'energy efficiency' of council operated non-domestic buildings, and the most recent complete financial year of 2023/24's consumption data. Not including any minor sites with a gross internal floor area of less than 300m2 the building that is the:

1. Most energy efficient is Cullen Nursery, 2. The least energy efficient is Buckie Swimming Pool.
