4. Garden waste is only collected from households that have a valid permit displayed on their bins. Therefore, 100%.

5. This is not a free service.

6. Collection of green waste from households is not a statutory service. Therefore, the Council took the decision to introduce a fee for the service for those that wished to utilise it.
