1.  What official policies and frameworks are currently in place to help support children in schools with an imprisoned parent?

2.  Is there a noticeable difference in school attainment between those with a parent in prison and those who do not?

1. We do not have a policy.

2. Not held. There is no requirement to inform a school if a parent is in prison. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
