1. 1 cruise ship visited 3 times.
2. This information is considered commercially sensitive and is therefore exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Commercial Sensitivity. The public interest was considered; however, as it is only one cruise ship, the fees and income arising from that would be clear and this could have an impact on competition for both the Council and the Cruise Ship company; which ultimately would negatively impact the public purse.
