FOI Request - Complaints re Overnight Parking at Alice Littler Park

1.  Can you please advise as to how many complaints in total Moray Council received about overnight parking in the car park next to Alice Littler Park in Aberlour before making the decision to place signs banning overnight stays there?

2.  Can you also advise if Moray Council has received any subsequent complaints regarding the placing of the signs and, if so, how many the local authority has received?

1. Not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. Nonetheless, to be helpful, we can confirm that Enquiries were received but we are unable to confirm the exact number as correspondence such as this, including service requests received by telephone, are not formally logged or retained.  

2. The number of complaints received as per your question is less than 5. Due to the low numbers involved, release of this information could result in the identification of individuals.
