I should be grateful if you would provide me with the following information for the periods between (i) 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019; (ii) 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020; (iii) 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021; (iv) 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022; and (v) 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023:
1. the number of rent penalty notices issued by The Moray Council;
2. the number of prosecutions relating to landlord registration by The Moray Council under s 93 Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004; and
3. the number of disqualification orders made under s 93A Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004, following prosecutions by The Moray Council.
