This request concerns the European Structural and Investment Fund (ESIF) programmes, and Moray Council's interactions with the Scottish Government discussing these programmes.

For the period 1st January 2019 - 31st December 2022, please provide all correspondence and notes/minutes of meetings (in person or virtual) between Moray Council and the Scottish Government which discussed the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and European Social Fund (ESF) programmes, and how Moray Council, acting as a Lead Partner, was impacted by the EC's suspensions of these programmes.

In particular, I am seeking correspondence and notes/minutes of meetings which discussed how the programme suspensions impacted on Moray Council's ability to submit claims (and receive reimbursements) for spending on the programmes.
