FOI Request - Blue Badge Holder Fines

1. Could you tell me how many Blue Badge holders have been fined by the council for driving through Low Traffic neighbourhoods within the past year (August 23- August 24).

2. If you could also send over any data relating to Blue Badge fines, that would be really helpful.

1. Not applicable. Moray Council do not operate LTN (low traffic neighbourhoods). 

2. For the time period requested, there were total of 29 unauthorised use excess charge notices. Of these, 12 were paid, 8 were cancelled and 9 are outstanding. The outstanding excess charge notices are currently being pursued through the Council’s debt management policy.
