FOI Request - Teachers Dismissed

Under FOI, I would like to request figures for the number of teachers, over a five year period, who have been dismissed from their roles due to their performance. I would also like figures for the number of teachers for whom the General Teaching Council's framework for teacher competence (FTC) has been invoked, over the same period, at both stages 1 and 3.
For the avoidance of doubt, I am seeking figures related to dismissal in cases where a teacher was deemed incompetent/inadequate in terms of their performance in teaching pupils. Please do not include dismissals for other reasons, e.g gross misconduct where this did not relate to classroom performance, the expiration of temporary contracts, etc.
Please provide separate figures for the 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24 financial years.
For each year, please provide:
1. the number of times in which stage 1 of the FTC was invoked/commenced for an individual teacher
2. the number of times in which stage 3 of the FTC (i.e the disciplinary stage) was formally commenced for an individual teacher
3. the number of teachers were dismissed from their role due to their performance/competence
