May I request the following information:

1. The number of families have applied for the School Clothing Grant so far in 2024.
2. The number, or an estimate if a figure is not known, of families who are eligible to receive this grant.

1. Total applications received unavailable, as unsuccessful application records are not kept/held, but as of 14/08/2024 1351 clothing grants issued for 809 families. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

2. Not known, as new applicants need to apply showing they meet income criteria. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held. Clothing Grants are awarded using same criteria for free school meals and FSM caseload as of 01/08/2024 was 1367 pupils from 820 families
