FOI Request - Business Property Rates

1. I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all business (non-residential) property rates data for your local authority, including the following fields (where possible):
a) Ratepayer
b) Property Address
c) Post Code
d) Assessor Reference Number
e) Rateable Value
f) Ratepayer Liability Start Date
g) New and Improved Relief
h) Relief Amount

I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'.

Moray Council publishes Non Domestic Rates information onto its website quarterly, including a list of all Non Domestic Rates accounts. The next update is due on 1st October. The page this information is displayed on is below, with data up to 30th June 2024. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 ' information otherwise accessible'.
