FOI Request - Pavement Parking, Disabled Parking

Please can you provide me wtih the following information:
1. Details of all exemptions from Pavement Parking legislation in Findhorn
2. Details of all disabled parking spaces in Findhorn.
3. Is the Pavement Parking legislation widely adopted in Moray - if not, when will it be?

1. There are no exemptions in Findhorn. Please see link to Moray Council (Pavement Parking Exemption) Order 2023 - http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_152647.html
2. One disabled parking place requested on Seaforth Place, Findhorn as provided by Moray Council. There may be other disabled parking spaces provided by businesses or private car parks in Findhorn but Moray Council does not hold a list of these.
3. Yes. Moray Council does not have the means to enforce the restrictions however, Police Scotland may choose to do so where there is a Road Safety concern.
