Can you please supply data around the following Freedom of Information request:
1. How many off-street parking spaces there are in total in the Moray Council area
2. How many of those are motorcycle specific parking spaces
3. How motorcycles are accommodated by the spaces listed above
4. That data drilled down further by location
5. What the rules/charges are for motorcycles in the above area

5. Expectation is where there is a designated motorcyle bay motor cyclists will use these.   However, where no motorcycle bay is available motor cyclists can park in a normal bay.   There is no charge for motorcycles parking.
