Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
1. The current number of Pet Shops in the Moray Council area.
2. The current number of licences issued to Pet Shops in your area to sell parrots and parakeets.
3. The names and addresses of Pet shops where such licences have been issued to include the licence holder.
4. The frequency of welfare inspections and checks and the results of those inspections in the past 5 years.
5. Whether any action has been taken against any pet shop licence holder in the past 5 years and, if so, why.
6. Whether a penalty was issued in respect of such action, if so, what was the penalty.
