Please can you provide all meeting minutes from September 2023 to present related to the plan to charge VAT on private school fees and contingency plans the council has discussed to accommodate additional pupils entering the state system as a result. If the issue was raised as part of a wider meeting, please only include the relevant minutes.

Education have confirmed that Pupils at the one private school in the area are usually from outwith Moray, so this would not have a major impact on admissions to schools here. We could accommodate a small amount of local young people if necessary.
