The Local Authority has 7 synthetic turf pitches (Buckie, Keith, Lossie, Milnes, Elgin High, Elgin Academy, Speyside). Of these 7 pitches, 2 are sand-based, so no microplastics (Milnes and Elgin Academy), and the other 5 include rubber crumb microplastics. The Milnes pitch is 3200m2 and the others are all 3700m2.

There are a further 4 pitches in Moray that are not owned or managed by the Council - Gordonstoun, Kinloss Barracks, RAF Lossiemouth and Gleaner Arena (Elgin). We do not hold details on these.
