1. I would like to know what day services are provided for adults within Moray,
2. How many referrals go to each of them and how many of these are successful.
3. I would also like to know how many referrals have been requested for Greenfingers in Elgin and how many were rejected.

1. Day services available for vulnerable adults:
External

2. External – referrals are not recorded by commissioning. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
Internal - everyone is assessed in relation to their individual needs, and we work within eligibility criteria. No one would be referred to Greenfingers unless they met the criteria. There have been 21 referrals to Greenfingers since October 22 and of this, 15 chose not to attend but rather go to another services. This was individual (or their guardians) choice, not the choice of the service.

These are the referrals submitted and took places within the day services identified. No one has been denied a service, but alternatives were discussed and agreed with Social Workers and SDS Enabler staff involved, i.e. delayed transition from school, older people situation changed, more appropriate alternative.
