I would like to request the following information for the years 2019 to 2023, broken down by calendar year.

1. How many operating alcohol-serving establishments were registered in the local authority area on 31 December each year.

2. The number of drug services, alcohol services, and/or integrated alcohol and drug services in the local authority area. Please specify the number of each kind of service.

3. The number of people using the alcohol services in this local authority area.

4. The gender breakdown of the people using the alcohol services in this local authority area.

1. The information requested is published and available through the Scottish Government and Moray Council websites. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. 2. Moray has an Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service (MIDAS). This includes partnering with third sector commissioned service to act as front door to all those seeking support and treatment. The third sector service is called 'Arrows' and is run by the organisation Quarriers. Those that require more specialist support and access to health and social work services are stepped up into the secondary service element of MIDAS.
