1. In each of the last three financial years (up to March 31 2024) and so far this financial year, how many permits have been bought from the council for council garden waste recycling bins (often brown bins)?
a) Please break the figures down to show how many permits were sold in each year and
b) the total income generated in each year from the sale of these permits.
