1. Confirmation that the road and footpaths on IV30 8HQ have been adopted by the Local Authority.

2. Confirmation that the Local Authority have a responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of IV30 8HQ including winter maintenance such as gritting.

3. Details of your winter maintenance operational plan or winter maintenance policy relating to the adopted roads within the local authority area during the period from two weeks prior to 10.11.23 to two weeks following the above t date. For the avoidance of doubt, this information should include details of your system for prioritising roads for winter maintenance and gritting in winter, the factors taken
into consideration when planning gritting operations, and the time of gritting operations.
