1. The total number of new build handovers in 2023/24 is 41, all of which were for social rent.
(8 in Elgin + 33 in Keith.  Excludes the single acquisition/open market purchases concluded in 2023/24 given only asking about new homes built by the Council).

a) see above

2. Not applicable.

a) see above

3. We include below completions expected for Moray Council where we have started on site:
• Estimated completion Spring 2025 – 26 units (Keith Phase 2)
• Estimated completion Autumn 2026 – 39 units (Aberlour Phase 1)
Beyond that it is a bit more uncertain/subject to change depending on budget/priorities and whether developers take on sites detailed in the housing land audit available at www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_1858.html

4. The Moray Council aims to develop 50 units of affordable housing for rent each year.
