FOI Request - Ownership of Riverbank at Cooper Park

Can you please tell me if Moray Council own the riverbank around Cooper Park and Lossie Green?  This would be either side of the river or both.

The council owns all the riverbank around Cooper Park and Lossie Green (both sides) with the exception of those stretches shown indicatively in yellow on the attached extract.
