In 2022 the East Community Care Team was part of a pilot with Partners4Change to adopt the 3 Conversations Model. Other Social Work teams were also part of this, Learning Disability Team, and the Hospital Discharge Team. 

1. How much was spent on this consultancy work and resulting outcomes in total (e.g. new paperwork, weekly reflective sessions with Partners4Change).

1. The project actually started in 2021; it was for adults and children. Payment was split 50:50.
£45k + vat paid in 2021 and £45k + vat paid in 2022.

The work provided a valuable insight into revising aspects of social work practice and the assessment process.
