1.  How many penalty notices has the local authority issued for dwellings and non-domestic buildings for failing to provide an EPC or include the EPC rating, for the fiscal year 2023-24, with a breakdown by domestic versus non-domestic buildings. For clarity, this refers to Regulation 17 and Regulation 17A of the Energy Performance of Building (Scotland) Regulations 2008, as amended.

2.  How many of these penalties have been paid to date to the local authority.

1. Moray Council Building Standards and Trading Standards teams have not issued any penalty notices relating to this legislation over the fiscal year 2023-24.

2. No penalty notices have been issued by this authority.
