How many groups who have organised free access, non-commercial marches and parades, have been asked by Moray Council to apply for and pay for a Temporary Traffic Relief Order (TTRO)? Further, can a full list of these organisations also be provided, with the dates that their applications for a TTRO were made?

For the last 5 years, which is the retention period for Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTRO's), Moray Council has, for the processing of Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTRO's), charged three separate groups "who have organised free access, non-commercial marches and parades in the Moray area". 

These are listed below along with the dates of application:

1st Buckie Company Boys Brigade: 21/09/2021, 29/08/2022, 16/01/2023 and 11/09/2023

Dufftown Juvenile Society: 23/10/2023

Pride in Moray: 17/06/2022 and 22/02/2023
