5. Please note, we do not record a “notice period”, as a change in service would happen through discussions and after review with the Social Workers. Timescales would be discussed depending on availability of care or adequate support being in place.
6. As there is no formal notice period, there is no formal process for this. As mentioned above, if a change in the client’s care is required, it will be managed over a period of time that is appropriate for their care requirements and availability of services to them.
