4. Please note, it is assumed that the requester is only looking for information on spend on insulation.
To that end the Council’s Housing Investment programme has a specific heading for insulation works, and the information below has been taken from year end actual spend against this budget heading. However, it should be noted that in some cases multiple areas of work will have been undertaken on a property at any one time. which will have included insulation, particularly when a new heat source has been installed. These works will have been recorded under a more generic budget heading of energy efficiency measures. Therefore the information below will not be Moray Council’s total spend on insulation but only the spend identified under the insulation budget heading.
