Q1. Please can you advise if the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance Definition of Antisemitism (‘IHRA Definition’) including all of its examples has been adopted by Moray Council?

Q2. If the answer to Q1 is yes, please confirm the date this was adopted by the Council?

Q3. If the answer to Q2 is yes, please confirm if any further motions amending or rejecting adoption have since been passed or defeated by the Council?

Q4. If your answer to Q3 is yes, please kindly confirm what, if anything was amended, the date of such amendment/rejection and provide a copy/working link to the motion/minutes amending or rejecting adoption.
