Please can you answer the following questions in relation to international recruitment for 2023/2024:

1.  Over the last financial year, how many Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapist, Psychologist etc), Nurses, Support Workers and Carers have been recruited internationally?

2.  Over the last financial year, how many international Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapist, Psychologist etc), Nurses, Support Workers and Carers were recruited via an agency?

3.  Which agencies were used over the last financial year for international recruitment, and were any of them on an exclusive basis?

4.  What is the budget for international recruitment over and above any grant funding for the financial year 2024/25?

5.  What is the name and the job title of the person within your Council who is responsible for International recruitment?

6.  How did the Council engage with these agencies (direct award, Call off agreement, tender, mini-competition)?

7.  How many vacancies for Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals (Occupational Therapist, Psychologist etc), Nurses, Support Workers and Carers does your Council have currently?
