1.  From January 2018 to present date, copies of all communications (briefing notes, formal and informal letters, orders etc.) sent and received by your board regarding provision shortfall arising from or threatening to arise from financial constraint.

2.  Number of people, monthly, from 2018 to present, who received a reduced support package following an assessment (not including those who went from some support to none, only those who went from some to less)

3.  Number of people, monthly, from 2018 to present, who went from some to no support package following an assessment.

4.  Number of people, monthly, from 2018 to present, who received a reduced support package compared to previous for any reason

5.  Number of people, monthly, from 2018 to present, who went from some to no support package for any reason

6.  Answers to (2) and (3) broken down by 5-year age group (e.g. …80-84. 85-89, 90-94…)

In order to answer this request we would need to check each assessment to note the outcome. Between 2018 and 2023 there were an average of 2440 assessments completed each year. At an estimated three minutes per assessment this would take us far in excess of 40 hours to answer these questions and this would cost the Council in excess of £600. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are therefore unable to comply with your request.
