1. Please provide a breakdown of council owned car parks that provide (a) free parking and electric vehicle charge points and (b) pay and display parking and electric vehicle charging points.

2. Please provide a breakdown of the type of electric charge points available at each local authority car park.

3. Are drivers required to purchase pay and display parking whilst charging an electric vehicle at relevant local authority car parks?

4. Please provide the rates chargeable for (a) electric vehicle charging and (b) pay and display parking at each local authority car park.

1. Please see attached spreadsheet. Parking is free whilst a vehicle is charging. However, if charging on a Rapid charger the vehicle has 70 minutes after which there is an overstay charge of £10. If the vehicle has charged and is to remain within the car park we would expect it to be moved and if appropriate to pay and display.

4. (a) Rapid Charger - £0.56pkWh; AC Charger - £0.43pkWh
