Regarding the River Lossie Public Trust - the Trust was established in the mid 1800’s to provide ground for recreation for the people of Elgin and is administered by Moray Council as Trustee. The share of Lossie Green that had previously been considered Common Ground was moved to the Public Trust in 2011/12.
