FOI Request - Ground Geotechnical Reports for Forres Academy

Can I please request copies of Ground/Geotechnical reports for proposed new Academy sites at Roysvale and Lochyhill.
Investigation and reports should have been undertaken by a Geotechnical/Ground Investigation Contractor on behalf of TMC
Factual reports should include:
Drawing detailing borehole locations and trial pit locations for both sites. Plus:
Borehole logs confirming Geology &
Trial pits also confirming Geology.

Please find attached site survey information for the Applegrove/Roysvale site supporting the selection potential site for the new Forres Academy construction as requested as part of the referenced FOI. Please find the following documents attached:
The Council can confirm that the report for the Lochyhill site is not owned by the Council and the Council are not at liberty to provide this information shared in confidence. The Council does not consider it is in the public interest for the Council to jeopardise its working relationship with the document owner, nor, to release information that could have a significant impact on the potential financial situation of the site. This is considered commercially sensitive information and is therefore exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Commercial Sensitivity. The Council are in negotiations with the information owner to see if some or all the site survey information can be released into the public domain at a future date.
