Moray Council can confirm that in 2022 and 2023 no persons leaving home office asylum accommodation received relief duty under the Housing Act. In addition to this no transgender, including non-binary persons received relief duty under the Housing Act in 2022 or 2023 upon leaving home office asylum accommodation:
