Can you please provide any information relating to the planning application and conditions granted to Grays Recycling yard at Dallachy Airfield.  I would also request details of conditions of any license granted and any restrictions impacted on the granting of this licence and of disposal of materials.

We have a live planning application 24/00341/APP that is pending consideration and determined planning applications 17/01533/APP and  22/01104/APP.  All can be viewed through the planning portal. This information is exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
