1. None. Moray Council do not have any Waste Awareness Officer (WAOs) positions within the staffing structure. Prior to 2018 we did have 6 Waste Monitoring Assistants whose remit included waste education, awareness and promotion of appropriate handling etc. However, these specific posts were deleted as part of a service restructure.
